I've been working with with Kate and the rest of her crew at On Tap for over 6 months now. From the beginning they were communicative and detail oriented, resulting in an amazing new website. I couldn't be happier! Kate's involvement in the community and willingness to help was apparent from the start. After a recent change in our business ownership and desire to diversify our product offerings, we contracted with On Tap to revamp our website. Our goal was to use the same platform and update the content, look, and focus. From beginning to end On Tap and their affiliates, e.g., writers, project managers, listened to our needs, communicated regularly, and demonstrated their capabilities. The scope of the project was always reviewed and there were no surprises. We have continued to be impressed their service and responsiveness even after the completion of our update.
